After this service is purchased and payment is approved, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss expectations in terms of general design, color palettes, typography, etc. The final product will be received by the customer within 14 business days of the initial discussion, as long as customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Note: The final product is a DIGITAL FILE ONLY. A physical product will not be shipped to the customer. The customer will receive the digital file via email to ensure the highest quality. While discussing revisions, the customer can be sent the current status of the product with a watermark over the image to ensure integrity of the customer’s purchase and our business. The final product will not be sent with a watermark.
