1. How you will receive our digital products and product designs:
a. The customer will receive all digital products and product designs as digital files via email to ensure the quality of the files downloaded by the customer are maximized.
b. Available file formats include JPG, PDF, PNG, and SVG.
c. The customer may utilize the digital products, product designs, and source files in any way they wish.
d. Customer responsibilities include providing us with accurate and necessary dimensions for each individual digital product or product design to ensure high quality graphics. The customer is also responsible for providing the correct file format required for their use.
e. If the customer wishes to utilize our digital products or product designs by ordering physical prints, the customer is responsible for sending the digital files to the print company of their choice to be produced. Please be aware of print bleed areas and un-printable borders to ensure the entire graphic is accurately printed. We highly recommend ordering a sample of each product before placing a bulk order to ensure your satisfaction in the quality of the product.
2. How you will receive our custom products:
a. The customer will receive all custom products as physical items shipped to the customers provided address.
b. All custom products will be ordered by us and produced and shipped by our production partner, Printify.
c. Printify is responsible for the production and shipment of your ordered product. We do not handle the physical product at any point in the creating, ordering, production, or shipment processes.
d. Customer responsibilities include providing us with an accurate shipping address.
e. The customer will be charged a $15 service fee for each separate order, despite the number of products in each order.
f. Brands, materials, colors, print areas, and size options will be discussed with the customer to ensure the highest quality products and satisfaction. We use all products listed in Printfy’s catalogue that can be found at https://printify.com/app/products.
g. See “Apparel” and “Accessory” sheets to view general product availability. Availability of all products depend on Printify’s current stock. Pricing varies based on brand, material, color, size, and print area utilized.
KEEP IN MIND:
ByTheMarina Graphic Design utilizes Printify as our production partner to produce and ship custom products. We are not responsible for mis-prints, damaged prints, incorrect products, incorrect brands, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, shipping issues, and shipping damages to the products produced by Printify or the customers print company of choice. This is due to the fact that all print companies produce the product and ship directly to the customer. ByTheMarina Graphic Design does not physically produce the product, handle the product, or ship the product. However, we will work with you to alter your designs as needed to maximize your satisfaction on our end. We highly recommend ordering samples first to ensure satisfaction of the final products.
